Elm Street from Prospect Street to Herbster Street will be closed thru June 5, 2026 – open to local traffic ONLY.

UPDATE: May 20, 2026
Starting May 21, 2026 at approximately 7am and continuing until the end of the day – Herbster Street from Court Street to N. Main Street will be closed. – open to local traffic ONLY.
And N. Elm Street from Prospect to Salem Street will also be closed. – open to local traffic ONLY.
A portion of Walnut Alley that comes out to Herbster will also be closed as well while crews are working.

Beginning May 18, 2026 at 7am and continuing till the end of week, Herbster Street from N. Elm Street to Court Street will be closed – open to local traffic only.
Once the first section of work is complete the crews will continue on Herbster from N. Elm Street to N. Main Street and that portion will be closed – open to local traffic only.
