UPDATES – Court /Herbster Street Project
Thursday, August 6, 2026 – Crews are pouring driving approaches on the East Side of Court Street. Starting Monday residents will have driveway access on the East side of Court Street.
Friday, August 7, 2026 – CANCELLED Water Shut off on 8.7.2026 – moved to Monday 8.10.26. Water will be shut off on Friday August 7, 2026 starting at 9am and will be turned back on by end of day on Court Street from Herbster to N. Elm Street. Door hangers are being hung. NO boil order is anticipated.
Monday, August 10, 2026 – There will be no parking and no driveway access on the West Side of Court Street as crews begin tearing our the curbs, approaches and sidewalks. They will begin to form the the curbs, approaches and sidewalks and then continue with pouring on the West side of Court. Once poured there will be access in 3-4 days which could be till end of next week.

RESIDENTS CAN PARK ON PARK PLACE, PROSPECT STREET, HERBSTER STREET OR IN THE FIRESTONE PARK during this time of not being able to access driveways.

Court / Herbster Street Project – the driveways on the East side of Court Street will not be accessible until approximately mid week next week.
Monday, August 3, 2026 – Crews will be pouring curbs on the East side of Court Street. Crews will also be working on water services on N. Elm Street from East Park Avenue Salem Street.
Tuesday, August 4, 2026 – Crews will be installing the driveway approaches. Approximately 2-3 days after that residents will be able to access their driveways.
Road is closed and open to local traffic only. Residents are welcome to park on Prospect Street, Herbster Street or in the Firestone Park.

Ray /Beverly Project – Starting Monday, August 3, 2026 East Park will be closed at Beverly Drive – open to local traffic only.
(Access Windsor House, Sitler the Printer, or The Willow Shop from SR 14. Access to Blue Ribbon Chiropractor should be off of Springfield Road.)

Firestone Park Phase 2 Project – Use CAUTION when entering the Firestone Park. Crews are working from Pavilion #4 to Pavilion #1 to the locker rooms area and then over to Pavilion #3.
