Contractor Registration
Complete the Columbiana Contractor and Subcontractor Registration Form and contact Deputy City Administrator/Deputy Zoning Officer Bryce Miner at 330-482-2173 – option 2 or via email to [email protected].
Hours of Operation for the Building and Zoning Department are Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Registration Fees: $50.00 New & Renewals (Registration is valid for the calendar year in which applied, each registration expires on December 31st of each calendar year.)
Once the form, application materials, and fees are submitted, the Deputy Zoning Officer will issue a receipt and confirmation of registration.
