Road Paving Schedule in the City

UPDATE: June 19, 2023

Road repairs took place today, June 19, 2023 in the Cimarron Development in preparation for paving to begin tomorrow, June 20, 2023 and will continue through the end of this week.

 

Delays are possible on the above roadways during hours when crews are working.

 

UPDATE: June 9, 2023

Crews will pave Bittersweet Drive on Tuesday June 13, 2023 and Wednesday June 14, 2023.

Paving on Howard Street will take place on Thursday, June  15, 2023.

Paving in Cimarron Development will begin on Friday, June 16, 2023 and then resume on Tuesday, June 20th through Friday, June 23, 2023

 

Delays are possible on the above roadways during hours when crews are working.

UPDATE:

Paving will begin on South Main Street and Duquesne Street on Monday, June 6th and will continue into Tuesday.

Paving on 6th Street will begin on Wednesday and continue on Thursday.

 

Delays are possible on the above roadways during hours when crews are working.

 

 

Milling is set to begin on May 23 & May 24, 2023. The streets included are as follows:

  1. Cimarron Development to include Cimarron Lane, Hawkins Lane, Pueblo Lane, Apache Lane and Cherokee Lane.
  2. S. Main Street -south of Norfolk Southern railroad tracks to Woodland Avenue.
  3. 6th Street/ Edgewood Drive  from Firestone Avenue to the dead end.
  4. Bittersweet Avenue  from Fairfield Avenue to the dead end.

 

Paving will begin after Memorial Day. The above streets along with the ones listed below will be paved.

  1. Duquesne Street from South Main Street to Fairfield Avenue
  2. Howard Street from South Main Street to Fairfield Avenue
