City Hall will be Closed to Public Entrance due to Covid until Further Notice

To our Residents and Customers:

Out of an abundance of caution to distance employees while still providing much needed services for the community our City Hall Offices will be CLOSED for public entrance due to COVID, starting January 3, 2022 until further notice.

City Hall is available by phone during normal business hours at 330-482-2173 option 6.

Utility payments can be made at our drive-up window or drop box, by regular mail, through your bank or online at www.columbianaohio.gov. (online fees are waived).
If you have utility billing questions or concerns the utility dept. can be reached during normal business hours at 330-482-2173 option 1.
